To be considered a Young Urban Jack one must be recognized as an exemplary man of gentle nature and a fierce defender of the less equipped, as well as, disadvantaged.  A Young Urban JACK or Y U JACK as we call it will be of noble character and will understand the worthiness of his fellows and be respectful of their unique abilities and varied talents.  In short, a Y U Jack is to be trusted and feared at the same time.
